Engineered Hardwood

Engineered Hardwood is very similar to normal hardwood. The difference is that it the real wood is only on the surface while the core is made from high quality plank which allows it to have the look of a real wood while staying economic. The best way to care for this floor is to dry clean it and add the oil recommended for that type of hardwood floor.

Laminate

Laminate is a hybrid of wood fibers mixed with resin. The difference between laminate and vinyl is the moister resistance. With laminate being incorporated with wood, it allows for more moisture to be taken in. With this, it is also the most economic option for floors. The maitenence is the same for the engineered hardwood flooring.

Carpet

We carry polyester carpet which is 100% dyed through. The carpet is stain resistan, pet stain resistant, and fade resistant. A vacuum is only needed to keep it clean with a recommended professional cleaning every 12-18 months.
